Keep in mind some basic points before doing exchanges would help you from being scammed greatly!

A. E-Currencies
1. Paypal

Paypal is just allowed to be used in about 46 countries. So if your potential partners are out of those countries, dont do any exchanges with them.

Paypal is reversible! So ask paypal funds to be sent first. Or if your paypal funds be scammed, try a charge back.

Stormpay is similiar to PP.

2. IntGold
Not allowed to be used in Russia, N Korea etc.
IG is unreversible theoritically, but sometimes it could be "hold".

3. Moneybookers
Not allowed to do any exchange under any circumstances!
So be very careful in doing MB exchanges!

B. Process
Be very careful in doing exchanges with NEW COMERS here even they offer higher rates!

If you want to do exchanges with a partner, try to ask for his related e-currency accts for possible verification! You may try to send a $.01 to the provided acct and check for the integrity of the info.

If your partner's ecurrency is reversible, you should ask him/her to pay first, and your unreversible fund be sent in a resonable later time.

Ignore those strangers' PMs asking for exchange!
Verify your partners on forums and IMs!

4. Swindler makes fake feedbacks for himself, writing a few new posts with positive comments and using a few different nicknames. The main purpose - advertising of his site/himself and the next step - 1-3p. above....
